How do credits work?
Credits are used when you generate AI-powered rewrites or optimizations. Each microcopy rewrite costs 2 credits, and each social media optimization costs 2 credits. Credits reset monthly on subscription plans, or you can purchase one-time credit packs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can either wait until your next billing cycle (for subscription plans), purchase a one-time credit pack, or upgrade to a higher plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over—they reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, credits purchased through one-time credit packs never expire and can be used anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 10 starter credits (one-time) so you can try Microcopy Fixer without a card. Upgrade any time for a monthly allotment of credits. Unused subscription credits do not roll over between billing periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
